This policy applies to data collected through:

• The SCiel AI website (scielai.com), including the HAN assistant
• Meta lead ad forms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations with business Pages connected through AdMind
• Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts connected through AdMind
• WhatsApp interactions with our AI agent
• Email and direct contact with our team
• SCiel AI products and services delivered to clients, including AdMind

When you visit our website:

• Pages visited, browser type, device type, and general location (via standard server logs and analytics)
• Messages sent to HAN, our website AI assistant

When you submit a lead form:

• Full name, phone number, and email address
• Answers to any qualifying questions on the form (e.g., industry, business size)

By submitting a lead form, you are requesting a consultation with SCiel AI and you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp to schedule and conduct that consultation. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message.

When you interact with our WhatsApp AI agent:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and display name
• The full content of your conversation with the agent

When you message a business Page or Instagram account connected through AdMind:

• A platform-assigned identifier for your account (not your name or phone number, unless you share it in conversation)
• Your display name and profile picture, where Meta makes them available to the connected business
• The content of messages, comments, and replies exchanged with that business

This information is processed on behalf of, and for, the specific business you contacted — it is never shared with or combined with any other business's customer data.

When a business runs Facebook or Instagram ads through AdMind:

• Campaign, ad set, and advertisement identifiers, names, and status
• Budget, spend, and performance metrics (reach, impressions, clicks)
• Submissions from that business's Meta lead ad forms

When you contact us by email:

• Your name, email address, and the content of your message

When you become a client:

• Business name, contact details, billing information, and project-related information shared during the engagement

We use the data we collect to:

• Respond to consultation requests and qualify leads
• Deliver AI solutions and services to clients
• Operate AI-agent and menu-based chatbot replies on connected Facebook Messenger and Instagram accounts, on behalf of the business you contacted
• Reply to comments on a connected business's posts and advertisements
• Provide connected businesses with campaign statistics and analysis for their own Facebook/Instagram ad accounts
• Improve our products, agents, and AI models
• Send service-related communications (not marketing unless you opt in)
• Comply with legal obligations

Each business's customer conversations, leads, and ad data are kept separate from every other business's — we do not combine or cross-reference one client's information with another's.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising on other platforms.

To operate our services, we share data with the following third-party processors. Each is bound by its own data protection obligations.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data by emailing info@scielai.com with your request
• Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing

If you messaged a business through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, that business controls the conversation and is normally the right place to direct a deletion request — you can also email us and we will coordinate the request with them. A business can disconnect AdMind, or delete its own conversation data, at any time through its Meta Business settings or by emailing info@scielai.com.

We respond to all data requests within 14 business days.

We store data on secured cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure or AWS) with access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted access. For client engagements, hosting infrastructure and region are selected based on client requirements — including deployment within the client's own cloud environment or on-premises where required. We do not store payment card data directly. Payments are handled by third-party processors.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Our website uses minimal cookies, only what is necessary for basic functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.). This policy does not apply to those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies directly.

Our services are intended for businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The latest version is always available at scielai.com/privacy. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
